Objetivos

- Aprender los procesos que determinan el procedimiento de gestión de reservas y dominar las técnicas de comunicación necesarias para poder tratar con los distintos tipos de clientes.

- Conocer el funcionamiento de la recepción de un hotel y entender el papel que desempeña ésta en la imagen de marca del establecimiento hotelero, siendo el principal factor determinante de la imagen proyectada del hotel al clinete.

- Descubrir el proceso empresarial que hay tras la gestión hotelera y aprender a coordinar las distintas actuaciones a través de planes estratégicos completos. 

- Potenciar los valores, capacitaciones y aptitudes imprescindibles para desarrollar un trabajo eficiente como recepcionista de hotel.

- Aprender a utilizar los distintos sistemas informáticos de gestión de reservas y administración de hoteles.

Metodología

La metodología propuesta por el Instituto Europeo de Formación y Cualificación para el estudio de este Curso de Recepcionista de Hotel consiste en el seguimiento de las diferentes lecciones que lo conforman y respondiendo a las preguntas de autoevaluación. Cada lección del Curso de Recepcionista de Hotel se corresponderá con una serie de preguntas de control y autoevaluación que servirán para un doble propósito. Por una parte afianzar los conocimientos del alumno y por otra servir como indicador de la evolución para el tutor.

Durante todo el proceso de estudio del Curso de Recepcionista de Hotel el alumno contará con un tutor asignado con el que podrá contactar a diario para resolver dudas, ampliar conocimientos o buscar información complementaria sobre algún punto en concreto.

Evaluación

La evaluación del Curso de Recepcionista de Hotel estará a cargo del tutor personal asignado. Una vez que se haya remitido el cuaderno de ejercicios y/o evaluación al Instituto Europeo de Formación y Cualificación por correo postal o correo electrónico, se realizarán las correcciones oportunas y el título acreditativo será expedido siempre que el estudiante haya superado el 60% de las preguntas evaluables.
